Abstract A rounded assessment of the environmental impacts fumigants used within agricultural sector must consider potential climate their release into atmosphere. Within policy settings, 100-year Global Warming Potential (GWP 100 ) is most commonly metric. While GWP values are available for widely fumigant sulfuryl fluoride, no estimates 4 alternative fumigants: ethyl formate, cyanogen, hydrogen cyanide and phosphine. Existing laboratory measurements infrared spectra reaction rate coefficients these gases to produce new radiative efficiencies atmospheric lifetimes, first other emission metrics.
